 When applications call for extra-heavy duty, this series meets the requirements. With load ratings up to 3,500 lbs. per caster and 3-inch tread width wheels. The casters are built from heavy plate steel with heat-treated ball races, hardened bearings and sealed raceways. Equipped with a hardened 1-inch king bolt welded to the top plate that will not stretch or break loose. |

A combination of better load distribution and the differential action of the twin wheel concept offers better floor protection. Also, less effort is required to change the direction of the swivel. Timken-type tapered roller bearings in both swivel head and wheels. Note heavy supporting leg in center and also extra heavy top and yoke plates. Swivel head and wheel have a neoprene seal. Designed from the ground up under the heaviest loads and toughest conditions. Hot forged top plate, sectioned yoke base and bottom bearing retainer are all made with SAE-1050 steel and features a strong 1-1/4" integrated king pin with slotted adjusting nut. Raceways are flame hardened for longer life and better performance. When put to the test, the 800 series will prove to be strong, reliable and provide years of trouble free service. Standard finish is Industrial Blue Enamel. |
